Creation of humane conditions for a sustainable environment is necessary for the continuity of the cycle of life and to overcome the struggle of survival.
Sustainable living is a necessary factor for continued existence. Human habitation had the effect of degrading the environment that sustained them in every civilization. The competing global interests threaten the survival of everyone. It is an illusion to only use life without concern for its actual function, since it is dangerous to misjudge life as merely a means for materialism and consumerism. If people live just to exploit the resources, they overlook the real, limitless potential of existence and don’t take into account the extraordinary property of life to return, and the fact that it regenerates in every conceivable way, from the physical to immaterial-energy which is eternal. Regenerating Cycle of LifeThe cycle of life, as seen in nature’s renewal and recycling process, suggests the effect of endless return and exchange of energy, which means that the possibility of people coming to the earth again, after they have exploited its resources is viable. This view is not simply reincarnation but a natural cycle of regeneration which questions the consequences of each generation. And since everything has an impact in the grand scheme of things it is ironic that humanity doesn’t worry more for its own generation and its future regeneration. Traditional and scientific knowledge to explain the system of nature and means to improve the human environment has been explored by Peter Knudtson and David Suzuki in the book: "Wisdom of the Elders," among many important points there’s a discussion on many indigenous cultures which have a belief that life goes on without end, and the existence of the soul innately present in the body with the ability to return to earth upon death in a living organism. The Nature of Humanity is Being HumaneIf it was a known fact that people and everything always continues and returns, perhaps the way of life and the attitude to everything would be different, more logical and humane. But until it becomes evident not through faith but reason, there will still be irresponsible and ignorantly selfish activity and misconception of how to live life and what the point is. In the meantime, the point of the great progress and all the knowledge of human intelligence does not conform to the typical perspective of life. According to the driving forces of evolution, the rules of the world have been constructed to suit the view that the fittest survive and that it is a natural process of selection. But in human as opposed to natural environment, it is how humanity uses the power of nature that determines survival, which works not by destroying it but by imitating its perfection through the progress that nature has endowed people with. The Perfection of NaturePerfection of life is a culmination of nature in people’s creativity, and it is in the potential of human nature not to be driven by the need to survive, or the drive to compete, but to create an accomodating, nurturing and humane environment for life, which is the purpose of nature, evolution and survival of humanity. This purpose will not be fulfilled if people are ingrained in the limiting vision of a world as a transient, finite experience where the rationale is to survive and enjoy while it lasts with no concern for consequences. Life in principle is an eternal process and there’s no reason for it to always be in a struggling state of survival if it is accommodated by the ingenuity of humanity and the infinite resources of the universe. Perpetual Energy of LifeOnce it becomes apparent that perpetual energy is alive in life on all levels, as the law of physics dictates, that: "energy cannot be created or destroyed," people will have the reason to act accordingly. The earth can become a sustainable home for humanity when their knowledge of nature creates the right conditions for life without endangering and degrading the world.
